    re-installing TurboTax 2023 on a new computer

    I swapped out laptops recently and I want to re-install TT 2023 in order to print missing forms for a declaration. 

     

    I have my key and downloaded the latest TT 2023 standard but it says my key has already been used 3 times. 

     

    Can you reset my installed count so I can complete the installation and get to my declaration.
