Reinstalling 2018 version on new computer

I just reinstalled the 2018 version on a new computer, and when I try to use it, it shows my Installation key and my Computer key, and says to call Turbotax to get an Activation key.  When I called, the Chatbot asked me to pay $68 to join Just Answer.   How can I get an activation key without paying $68 for accounting expertise?

I'm not sure what number you called, as neither TurboTax nor Intuit are affiliated with "Just Answer" in any way.
