Medical Insurance premium amount doubled

I have claimed private insurance premiums in the medical expenses section and the summary page shows only the single amount. The totals add up perfectly for the combined expenses for my spouse and I. However in the detailed tax summary page, there is a difference of exactly twice the premium amount. 

There is no other slip that would have this amount so I can't find where it's coming from. I'm referring to the federal return.

Did you enter this amount yourself in the Medical expenses page or did it come from your T4 slip?
