Dear Turbo Tax Admin, I cannot find my online-download purchase receipt to see my activation code which is apparently on it, therefore am unable to use the product!
PLEASE Someone from Turbo Tax phone me to assist me in obtaining a copy of my purchase receipt!
Or resend a copy of my purchase receipt to my email as soon as possible.
I had requested a call back through the offered call back service but this has not occurred. HELP!

The questions shown are what I need to know. There are not answers given to the question about how to get a copy of my purchase receipt. I have called to service number, received a reply but I still have not got an answer. I really would like some help as I have been at this for the last 6 hours. Can anyone help?
