NETFILE Error Review for amount transferred from a dependent 2021

I get the following when trying to NETFILE

You are claiming an amount transferred from a dependant. Please confirm that the dependant’s net income is zero.

I have gone to the appropriate section and repeatedly set my dependents net income question as zero net income. turbotax does not want to update that info so i can NETFILE.

Any advice???

It is not enough to simply change it to YES, you have to retrace back your steps in the Additional Dependant Information and ensure you have to remove whatever amounts related to it. Have you scrolled down and clicked on Continue? This will save your corrected answer/information.

As we do not know which amount transferred is mentioned, this answer cannot be clarified any further.

I keep getting this error as well.  There is issue with software.
