Netfile Result code 32

I am helping a newcommer file her first return.  The response claims she is not filing for her first time. 

Could this have something to do with the immigration process?

Error code 32 from is CRA could be for these reasons There is a social insurance number (SIN) on line 55295 on the Schedule 5 and one of the following situations applies to your client’s return:

1. The dependent's SIN is not valid.
2. The dependent's SIN and your client’s or their spouse’s or common-law partner’s SIN are the same

Please check if that applies to her. Also, If this is her first time filing with CRA and CRA doesn't have any information for her, she might not be eligible to Netfile. You have to choose an option to Print to Mail in TurboTax and mail out her return to CRA - Where to mail your paper T1 return.
