I paid for a TurboTax Live Full Service Premier, the prep assistant has called me already and said she will connect me to a tax expert and will send a message in the chat room today. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now.
Did your tax expert end up working on your tax return? I have no luck at all. Curious if we've been assigned the same tax prep assistant and tax expert...
