At the stage where data entry complete, required to complete payment method before filing can happen.  Keep getting the message "Oops we can not retrieve your data, please try again later"  I have "tried later" multiple times ands still get the same message.  When will this gliche be corrected?

We recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies or switching to a different browser. You can also try opening an incognito or private window to see if a browser extension is blocking the page. If that doesn't work, try using the TurboTax app.

 

If the issue persists, we suggest contacting our product support team.

Tried a second browser, same Whoops message!Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

I have now tried 5 times to pay, no success. Guess I will have to use a different software this year.

Since you have tried the troubleshooting steps already. We suggest that you to contact our product support team by phone.

They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and see the issues to escalate into an investigation if needed.
