Susan I received your e-mail with the wrong instructions on how to post a question.
I'm sorry this site DOES NOT WANT USERS TO ASK QUESTIONS!
If it did it would have a button at the top of the home page saying:
"Post a question".
These were the instruction you gave to ask a question:
click on "Discuss" at the top of the page
click on a topic
click on sub-topic
click on "Ask A Question" next to the search bar
That is NOT CORRECT.
This is how to post a question:
Go to the TurboTax Support page
Select Discuss from the menu
Select the box labelled Troubleshooting
Select Ask a Question
Enter your question, choose your product, then select Post
Hello @Mark4444
Happy that you were able to find an answer to the question.
Thanks for sharing the detailed way to get there.
@Mark4444 Thanks for posting this. I have been trying to figure out how to post for a while now.
Why not have a big button that says "POST"????
You are welcome!
Your suggestion is the common sense, simple way to post a question.
As I mentioned, Intuit does not want to answer questions.
I can't speculate what the reason is, but if they did want to help their paying
customers they would make it as easy as possible for them to post questions here.

You have clicked a link to a site outside of the TurboTax Community. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the Community and be taken to that site instead.
