Ready to Netfile, but selection option won't let me choose to Netfile

I have used Turbotax and used Netfile for years and have never run into this issue before.  I am ready to proceed to Netfile, but selection button options will NOT let me select that I want to Netfile ... only to print and mail return.

I have checked for any overrides and the program reveals I have NO overrides. 

What is the problem and how does the glitch get fixed?

I was told by TurboTax that the problem with the T657 form was to be fixed with an update on March 1. Still no update?

I have similar problem but tells me a sask form is locked. This has gone on for days now.

I have retirement and split retirement income.

I can’t correct form or net file.

Was able to Netfile today.  Update for Turbo Tax was available and when I proceeded to attempt to Netfile, everything went smoothly.
