T3 - Boxes 52 and 53 - do they have to add up to box 21?

I received a T3 with an amount in Box 21 but no amount in Box 52 or 53. The issuer confirmed the T3 is correct. However, TurboTax gives an Error unless an amount is filled in Box 52. I really don't want to make an entry that is not there. Is this an issue with TurboTax?

Hi turbbo Tax admin, I have the same 21=52+53 issue and my software says it is up to date. I checked for updates but it says I am current. Any way for me to check levels to make sure I have the fix installed?
