To krauty31:  Thanks for the tip re t5008.  It now works for me.  Didn't have to do that last year.

When do you expect this glitch to be fixed.  I am waiting to efile my return but can not do it until you fix this.

@Karialberti01 For the error on the T3 slip not balancing box 52+53 to equal box 21A, trying to enter the sum of 52+53 into box 53 (deleting 52) should fix the problem.

Can someone please confirm if this is the same issue I am having where it won't let me file as the sum of boxes 52 and 53 do not equal 21, when in fact they do.

Patience is one thing but now we are getting into ridiculous territory. We are not exactly talking about re-inventing the wheel here. This is the last day of March and the deadline is closer that you might think. Time to get this resolved or give me a credit for the purchase of TurboTax so that I can purchase something that works. Hard to believe but I am ready to pull the plug after 25 years.

As of Saturday, the T3 issue still isn’t fixed.  Yet the ticket was closed.  I know bc the help agent tried to add me to the ticket and was told it was closed.

There has to be a better way to RUN A RAILROAD. At this point the question has to be asked. WHO IS IN CHARGE AND IS ANYONE LISTENING TO PEOPLE WHO ARE USING THE SOFTWARE??????????????????
