TurboTax Deluxe 2024 where to download?

Hello, Saturday the 27th  I purchased "TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition 2024 (PC) - 1 User - 8 Returns - English - Digital Download" online from Bestbuy.ca and received the email from "[email address removed]", the email has no link to the download, their is nothing to click on, the space is blank, and your website has no  product called Deluxe, only Standard and Premier. I found the following reference to Premier in the email, " TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier and Self-Employed" so I installed it and it refuses the activation code. Am I doing something wrong or hasn't the Deluxe version been released yet? I also just looked at the "Select a Product" dropdown menu below this message box and even it lacks the Deluxe version. I really wish I'd bought the physical product now, why is this so difficult this year?

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need. 

If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund

I have the same issue. Bought online from Costco, was sent the info with activation code, but there is no desktop version of Deluxe listed for download. Where can I find it?

I bought the same one from Bestbuy, they have in error advertised the Online version as a digital download, it's not a downloadable version, it's only for online and I don't feel secure doing my taxes online. Here is how mine was advertised: "TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition 2024 (PC) - 1 User - 8 Returns - English - Digital Download", as you can see it says Digital Download and it is not. You will have to do it online or request a refund, I am still waiting for my refund. Good luck,

@Pretired We do have a retail product TurboTax Deluxe Desktop version. It Clearly states on the box that it is for Download only (For PC Users). The Online version cannot be downloaded.

If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.

As I said, the advertised Turba Tax on Bestbuy's site states "TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition 2024 (PC) - 1 User - 8 Returns - English - Digital Download", why do they say it's a digital download? After purchasing I tried to download the deluxe version and it won't accept my activation code, and I don't want to do them online. I asked for a refund and my refund status now states it is Closed and I have not gotten a refund. The resonses on here seem to think it's so easy and clear when it is anything but, saying my refund status is closed with no explanation or emails is frustrating.

I can't post the refund request number, keeps deleting it saying it's a phone number.

I bought from Costco.ca and it says downloadable, which is not available.

Yes, Bestbuy still has it advertised as Digital Download as well as advertised correctly, this is a fault with the supplied advertisements, likely by Intuit as the ad;s are all identicalThe version I ordered showing Digital Download..

@Pretired you can download the Desktop version from our website if you have the license code for the Desktop version.
