Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition (8 returns included) bought by costco

I purchased Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition (8 returns included) from Costco in 2022. It said there were 8 returns included so I activated through Turbotax online as instruction. It worked in 2022 which I didn't need to pay any. However, it started asking me to pay $21 for each return in 2023. This product bought from Costco indicated there were 8 returns included but it seems like I couldn't use this at all. I activated the code of this product on my account only. Is there any chance I could get a refund for the returns I paid due to the fact that the product from Costco didn't work properly from 2023.
