Unable to purchase additional returns

I have filed 11 returns on Turbo Tax Standard 2020, I bought one additional return last week with no issues resulting in 9 at over $25,000 and 2 under $25,000, leaving me with 9 available for under $25,000. I did the upgrade yesterday when I logged in but now when I try to buy additional returns for $19.99 each it tells me I’ve purchased the max allowed. I’ve used a Turbo Tax for 10 years and have always bought extra returns as you can buy up to 12 for over $25,000 as long as you stay within the 20 limit. Called tech support yesterday to report issue and they advised had to buy Premier version but it’s iss with upgrade as worked last week.

I have the same issue not able to purchase any more even though I have 6 returns left.  I purchased premier originally not upgrade required.  Grrrr

I am having the same problem, so the update issue has not been fixed.  Is there anyway to purchase more returns ?

I believe there was an update today, it seems to have corrected my issue.
