Were you able to open your TurboTax software to view your tax return?
Were you able to fix this? I have deleted and reinstalled the software and can't get past this. 2023 and 2022 on the desktop open fine. Thanks
What error message are you getting?
Happens only with the 2024 programs which previously worked. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times but nothing changes. Both Business and personal. I had already filed business and one personal but now both completely unworkable.
"Please give us a moment while we get things ready" is as far as the program gets.
@timgreene1 For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:
You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on
You are not trying to install on a cloud
Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender, before installation
If the error persists, we suggest you contact our product support by phone.
