I have discovered that the Turbo Tax parent 'Intuit' is the worst ever company for trying to resolve something this simple. Same thing happened last year and we never did get our refund. We just gave up. They need to be 'class-actioned' to smarten them up because it borders on mail fraud. Offer a discount and never pony-up while hiding behind group forums. (try connecting with someone real at Turbo Tax) Very annoying and not brand friendly. I guess I'm the dummy for coming back again! Won't happen again. Colossal waste of time.
I do find getting awarded for posts a bit weird, to say the least.
They want to build this forum community when most everyone here has a customer service issue that needs resolution.
