Why are boxes 24, 25, 26 and boxes 10, 11, 12 summed on a T3, and 49, 50, 51 and 23, 32, and 39 on a T5 in the summary window in Forms view?
The sum of the Actual amount of dividend plus the Taxable amount of dividend plus the Dividend tax credit is a nonsensical total. This makes it hard to check if totals have been entered correctly, totals split properly between spouses etc. Looks like there is easily room to show these as separate line items instead of summed.
If you are preparing a joint return, it will show up like that. We appreciate your feedback, and we will pass this on to our development team.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Clicking on Line 12000 on the T1 form takes me to the T1 Worksheet. Clicking on line 1 or 4 on this page takes me to the T slip summary window which is the window with this problem, and it does not show the numbers that are split to my spouse.
It would be much better if it linked over to the T1 Supplementary or T1 Supp instead. This is a useful sheet which shows the individual tax slips with the eligible and non eligible dividends, interest and other, and foreign sources in columns after the spousal split.
Another recommendation - why is there no Back button in Forms view. This would be very useful for going back and forth. In this case for example T1Supp has no hyperlinked fields so it is tedious to go back to the Forms icon, scroll through the 200 odd forms to find the one I want.
