    Why Iowa 529 Contributions Entered in IA 1040- Schedule A Line 19 Increasing Tax Liability?

    2023 Turbo Tax Deluxe with Iowa state not calculating Iowa 529 contributions correctly.

    Right now software is increasing tax liability for any amount put in the form.
