I had spoken to one of your tec support people and she got me to complete the error correction and fill out the refund..she said I would get it in 4-5 days
as of today I still do not have it since April…
I called numerous times and told oh yes you will get it next week.
will many weeks have gone by and no refund….
will not be using your company in the future..
