I receive error code 630 - "The Canada Revenue Agency's processing system cannot accept this ReFILE submission "when I'm trying to refile using amended T4, T3, and T5 slips. I filed a 2022 tax return using TurboTax only for which I have already received NOA. Could you please help me in this case?
Have you verified your Notice of Assessment to see if the information from those slips was already amended in your file at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)? Here is a link to the CRA to guide you: What does ReFILE exclude?
If you are still having difficulties you will need to contact the CRA at this number 1-800-959-8281.

NOA doesn't include those slips already. I believe CRA will reassess once I do the adjustment or refile with those slips. Isn't it correct ? @charlesed ?
@asarangi0407 Are you trying to change any other information, such as name, address, or other personal info?
@TurboTaxSusan @charlesed - I am not changing any other information. I'm just using refile option to include my adjusted T4 details, T3, T5 slips, RRSP contribution (jan-mar 2023) for me and my wife. I'm receiving error code 630 for both of us. I checked with CRA, they also asked the same question - if I'm changing any personal info ?. Please assist.
