Refund for purchase

I did my 2020 taxes bought the 2020 tax year package. Go to file it says I have an error. I fix error and it still says the same error.

So please would like a refund.

Ive already done my taxes I was working on. I went and got a tax return person to do my 2020 taxes.

I've unistalled the 2020 TurboTax I purchased. Would like a refund. Please and thank you for the purchased product since I couldn't send taxes
