I used the free software last year to do my 2020 tax return. I wrote to CRA and had them help me use my capital loss carried forward to offset my capital gains. This year I paid to upgrade my Intuit software so I could do that myself for the 2021 tax year. However, when I tried to enter my capital gain and use my carried forward loss it did not appear to be doing it properly. I gave up and continued on so I would file on time. I asked for a refund on my TurboTax fee when I filled out my feedback with Intuit since I did not get to use the functionality I was paying for. I would like a refund unless you folks can help adjust my return. The information I want to enter is all on my T slips if you can access those. Otherwise contact me for details.
