Refund was half what turbo tax calculated. What's my next step?

How do I figure out what went wrong. I always do my taxes online and have never had this happen

TurboTax searches through hundreds of deductions and credits, as well as dozens of other factors that determine your tax outcome. I suggest you click on "Income" in the menu on the right to expand the income section. Then click on "Get Started" and go through each screen to ensure the correct amounts are captured.

Yes. Re-entered everything I got same amount. We have son with disability and claimed disability transfer....this is the only thing that may not be correct and they didn't do it in cra end. Any thoughts?

Please verify if the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) was applied properly by following these steps in each of your returns: How do I claim the Disability Tax Credit?  and also How do I claim the Disability Tax Credit transferred from my dependant?

You may also verify if the DTC is still valid in your My  Account or by calling the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 as it sometimes expires and needs to be reapplied for.
