I recently ordered the 'Assist and Review' addition to my TurboTax return but the service I received was totally not what I expected. The agent simply advised me how to enter information from my T4 into the system. Would totally not recommend this service, especially as I terminated the call immediately and then was told I was not eligible for a refund of any kind on the service I never actually received.
Is there any way I can seek a credit or refund on this service before I leave some reviews online?
