Reinstalling multiple states already paid for

Old computer died, reinstalling 2019 desktop version on new computer.   TT is requiring me to pay for adding the 2nd and 3rs states but I already paid for them on initial filing.  How do I get the state forms so I can access the 2019 return on the new computer?
