replaced hard drive and cant find activation code

Hi there. I had to replace my hard drive and need to download Turbotax 2022 but I cannot find my activation code or a download site.   Can you help me with this?

Also, for some reason none of my 2022 turbotax files were saved to one drive - all other years from 2000 to 2021 were, but not 2022.  Is there any way to recover the tax returns that were submitted for myself and my wife as we have no copies of them. They were saved to the laptop, but not printed.
