Review Error: CPP contribution or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly. Check the amounts entered on your T4

I checked ad re-checked the amount entered and it is entered correctly on line 16 of the T4 in T-slip section but for some reason different amount is shown on line 31000 of Federal Tax Calculation. What could be the reason for this discrepancy?

This error seems to be a result of adding the T4 CPP amount with the calculated amount of CPP on self employment. 

For some reason the calculation kicks out a error, can the programmers check the calculations of these two amounts & see why it kicks out the error????
