Shouldn't my balance owing (line 48500) be further reduced by my federal non-refundable tax credits (line 35000), and not just equal to line 43500 minus line 48200?
As per CRA, Line 48500 (balance owing) = Line 43500 (total tax payable) - Line 48200 (total credits). The non-refundable tax credits from line 35000 is already included in the line 48200.
