Signing into or printing the 2016 tax return

the sign in option has: 
Continue my 2019 Return
Continue my 2018 Return

or
Prior Year Taxes

....which brings us to a page with links to download software for the applicable year (2018-2014). It would appear the link to 2016 brings an option to buy the basic edition for $14.99, but the taxes were already filed for 2016, just need to retrieve them for my records. 

How do we go about signing in to view the 2016 tax year return for printing?

If you used the Online version of TurboTax in 2016, then unfortunately, those servers have been shut down and the files are no longer available. We didn’t offer long term storage of returns at that time either.

However, you can still get the information that was contained in your 2016 tax returns from the CRA. You can do this through their My Account service, which you can login into from this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individua...
