After transferred data from previous year and new file created for current year, the tax software not going anywhere. I cannot start entering current year tax information
Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
Thanks! I use Turbotax CD/Download. I called Turbotax support and after "screen share" with your support agent and found out that the "continue" button is located at the far right corner, outside of my screen viewing area. It's working great now. Fantastic support from Turbotax!
