Strange Problem When Trying to Contact Turbotax by phone on [phone number removed]

After dialing that number, an automated message says that you have reached "... new mobile directing service since the dialed number has changed and to get the new number you need to call #8010 which will cost you $4.99" ???

After dialing [phone number removed] again, the message would say "if you were born after 1920, click "1" 

After dialing [phone number removed] again, the message would say "if you were born after 1920, click "2" 

After dialing [phone number removed] again, the message would say "if you were born after 1920, click "9"

I asked my wife to cal from her cell and the result was the same!!!

Please help, I need to talk to Turbotax.
