Hi this problem is pretty simple. The first person I spoke to today I don't know their name but they were a bit accusatory, not very helpful and it was kind of weird. They sounded like they really didn't care at all.
Then I got my documents uploaded and the page shows "Take a survey" or something. The problem is the name I was leaving the feedback for was a new guy I hadn't spoke to yet! I left a real steamer of a review for the lady I spoke to first today.
So let it be known that Nounagnon was excellent and I'd highly recommend TurboTax to anyone based on his professional service, tone and everything.
So please fix my survey for him. The first lady was like not turbo tax quality. That's all. I feel bad that Nounagnon would receive bad feedback.
