@Bailey946 We are aware of this issue, and our development team is working on a resolution. Currently we don't have any ETA. Once it is resolved, we will update you in this thread. We appreciate your patience.
The work around with deleting one box and putting the total in the other box works but it also reduces my Tax Refund by almost $90.00.
Not worth doing.

Interesting! It increased mine! So definitely not a perfect solution.

This message was a month ago apparently! Can you give me any update on possible completion? I tried net filing today (March 26th) same message with error code 95365!
Trying to avoid wasting an hour by calling Turbo Tax help line! Reps do not understand the problem, are unable to provide any update. Mostly, they speak too quickly and don’t speak very good English! After umpteen yrs using Turbo Tax, I may need to change to another tax software supplier next year!
Thinking about deleting all our T3’s, net filing, and let the Govt do the calculations! Thoughts?
help soon please!
Jack
Those are exactly my thoughts too! I have already wasted so much time and cannot believe how much time it takes to change a decimal error.
This issue has been known for over a month. When is the fix being deployed to production as it's delaying our tax filling? Maybe Intuit shouldn't have laid off all those people last year.....
This should be a simple fix. I'm assuming this is being run as an agile project so the ETA should be known at this point. Provide an ETA so your customers can plan ahead. Communications are critical with issues; when you don't communicate you create more of a problem. #CustomerService

I managed to get the fields 52 and 53 to work properly by using data entry on the T3 Slips available on the FORMS menu (T-Slips) button at the bottom of the screen (without any rounding back-flips or avoiding the use of Box 53). However in my case my T3, it is being split with my spouse 50-50. All the other fields on the problem T3 are properly being apportioned to the underlying schedules/forms at the rate being split with my spouse (50-50 in my case). But the fields 52 & 53 is moving to my Schedule 3 at 100% to lines 17599 and 17600 and 0% is moving to my spouse. This is causing an error code #95365 because form T936 line 68140 is receiving the amounts from box 53 & 53 and the proper split of 50-50. The software does not accept that the combined amounts on line 17599 and 17600 of Schedule 3 are greater than the amount of line 68140 of the T936.
