T4A with numbers in both Box 28 and Box 48

My wife got a T4A for presentations she delivers to teachers. She received a T4A from the organization she works with, and it has data in both Box 28 and Box 48. When I try to enter this into TurboTax, I get an error:

1. You cannot have box 28 and box 48 filled out on the same T4A. Please create a new T4A.

We asked the issuer, who say that they've issued hundreds of T4As and this has never been an issue before.

What should I do? Simply create 2 T4As and include the Box 28 data in one of them, and the Box 48 data in the other?

Yes, you can just make 2 T4As, one for the box 28 income and one for the box 48 income. They will both go on the same business form, if you choose "business" as the type for the box 48 income.
