The tax program will not let me enter an amount for tax paid by installments. In no previous year had this program given me this problem. Is there another place to enter installments? Such as through the interview method? Does anyone have a phone number for Turbotax, so that I can phone there and get this solved?

Before contacting them, you may try to clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return and restart your computer even if you are using the Download software.
