Open TurboTax
I received an e-mail from TurboTax dated April 2025 reporting that my tax return had been sent to the CRA. However, I recently received (September 2025) a letter from the CRA informing me that they had not yet received my tax return. I phoned TurbTax and got no positive response. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Did you get a NETFILE confirmation code?
