Taxes efiled April 25 refund received but application disappeared from my computer. several searches no 2016 exe still need it. why deleted and how get back?

thank you i will do that,  any thoughts on why my internet was running when my computer was off and windows had to fix itself to restart.  Only thing missing was 2016 exe My concern is that there may be a virus and sensitivity around it being for CRA
