If you are using TurboTax Online, clicking the Help button in the upper right hand corner will open a new window on the right side of your screen.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop software, clicking Help or F1 will open a new window. You will be able to search the topic you need help with.

If you would like to contact TurboTax Support, click the following link to the Contact Us page. Then complete the required information. A phone number will appear, along with your incident ID. Call the number. This will ensure that an appropriate agent is assigned to your query:
