I am retired and living in Quebec. My ex employer pays health insurance premiums for me and sent me a RL-1 (with no T4A). I entered the amount shown in Box A and expected it to show up on Line 101 (Employment Income) on the Quebec return. But it does not, so my Quebec Total Income (line 150) is not correct. How can I fix this ?

The box A from a releve 1 is only if you work for this company.
On your situation, you need to delete the amount on this box and put it on box 211 on the releve 1.
