The software for 2016 is saying that it can't file our returns because *something* is invalid

I am using the 2016 downloaded software to file some family members returns that they didn't do. I am completely finished entering the data and information. As I got to the last step which is to file, it says that one or more entries require correction. I have looked them over and reviewed them several times at this point and still do not know why I cannot file these returns. I am frustrated and would appreciate any help. Also, if anyone has the customer support phone number, that would be ideal.
