I have refiled my 2022, 2023 and 2024 tax return with no problem by pulling up my old return from Turbo Tax stored returns by going through Google and connecting into Turbo tax data base and clicking on ReFile.
Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

If you used TurboTax Online for 2021, then unfortunately the service for 2021 has been discontinued.
You can still make adjustments to your returns using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.
