What is "Save for Care...." in the File drop-down menu in Turbo Tax 2017?

I have already searched the forum, the online help, the glossary, and tried to do it.  If you select that option is saves the file with the following format "filename-CARE".ttf  So is this an alternative format for some other use?  If so - why not have this information somewhere?

The "Save for care..." option is a tool used by TurboTax phone agents to be able to view your tax data. It should only ever be needed when talking to a TurboTax agent on the phone.

Then this answer should be more easily available.  I like to know what the various functions of software I use are and the "....." doesn't help much either!
