This is response that was sent weeks ago. Can a manager contact me to correct?

This is a glitch in the system/policy that needs to be fixed.  My wife is a US citizen and she needs her CA tax liability to file her US return SO she gets credit for the tax paid.    This is holding up the filing of my US returns which is holding up filing of my ca returns because of Turbo Tax policy.   Can one of your advisors clarify this?  Please inform me how to rectify this?

Hi John, It is against company's policy to share draft returns or estimated tax payable with a client. Without filed US tax returns we cannot proceed

Can someone please reply to me?  As soon as I can get this resolved I can file my returns and this prolonged ordeal can be over.
