So should we be filing through the regular mail? I had spoken with your Helpdesk two weeks ago and they had no answer satisfactory answer either. The individual said it should be fixed by March 15th and I'm still receiving this error.

Turbo tax staff dont really seem to understand this issue. After spending more than 1 hr on a call, one agent asked me to start a fresh return and i did and it worked. So i suggest trying this, you will loose the 1 available return, but it may work. Ensure you have not checked off unnecessary forms without input.

Still getting the error AND got dinged for a return that has not yet sent, now showing as 7/8 avialable.
What options do I have to overcome this obstacle to filing my taxes on time using your product that I paid for?
Turbo tax is a joke I have spent over 2 weeks trying to fix this error. I have spent hours on the phone with useless help and nobody knows how to fix this. I was told copy and paste that was really great advice after doing so I'm now done to 4 files remaining of 8 and taxes still not submitted. I finally got around to starting my taxes over from scratch and submitting them successfully but now only have 2 net files left of 8 and I only submitted 2. When speaking with customer service I requested a call from a supervisor told within 24hrs still no call 3 days late. I asked for a refund so I could buy a different software that works and was told I would need the receipt which makes no sense since I redeemed the code and threw away the box and bill. why would you keep a receipt for something that is redeemed it makes as much sense as keeping a gift card after you have depleted it.
