If you have downloaded your software 3 times, it will not allow another time. If you haven't downoaded 3 times you can then download your software from past years onto a new computer by doing the following: save the return file to a USB stick, put the stick on the new computer, copy the return file and paste it to C:Documents and Settings User My DocumentsTurboTax20XX (which ever year that you are transfering over). Then you can download your TurboTax software onto your new computer using the same license code that was received when you purchased your software.
