trouble activating 2018 software

i have installed turbotax 2018 home and business

entered license key

internet activation server no longer in service

TurboTaxDesktopCA_Activation.exe as administrator

select 2018

enter computer key

popup "error: notfound"

i have tried with all firewalls and anti virus disabled.

not sure where to go from here
