When an Opco pays a dividend to Holdco and claims credit from neRDTOH for say X dollars, the receiver HoldCo's neRDTOH balance should increase by X dollars. However, it seems TT increases the eRDOH balance rather than the neRDTOH balance.
Thanks. I can confirm that it is not a bug in Turbotax T2. It was due to data entry error on my part due to a confusing column description.

I tried that chat support, but Ms. Komal is saying that it is not something she is supposed to help with. We are going around in circles.
You can try the Intuit Profile support site. TurboTax Business Incorporated is based off of Profile software.

I am trying to report and/or confirm a bug in Turbotax so Profile community is not the right place.

An Admin had already suggested that I contact the support team using the chat, which I did, but it didn't help, as I have already mentioned above.
Once again, I don't need help with filing my T2. I am trying to report and/or confirm a bug in TurboTax. I believe I am the one trying to help Turbotax team!
@pyusa We don't deal with T2 returns, and this is a Community platform for personal taxes only. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you here for any issues or concerns in regard to Business Incorporated. We will not escalate any reported bugs or issues related to the product for which we do not provide support.
Understood. As a customer, I am unable to find any Turbotax chat for T2. Can you please let me know how I can reach support for Turbotax T2?
