Turbo Tax Business Incorporated for Canada - Update Issue

To who it may concern,

 

I have the current version for Turbo Tax Business Incorporated for Canada installed on my desktop and activated. I recently logged into the program and a dialogue box pops up stating "Update ready to install. Press [Install Now] to close Turbo Tax Business Inc 2022 and install the update."

 

When I press the "Install Now" a second dialogue box pops up stating the following:

"Unable to Complete Task - Turbo Tax Business Inc was unable to complete this task. The class is not configured to support Elevated activation."

 

As a result I am unable to install update.

 

Please advise how to fix this.

Please try reinstalling the program.
