Turbo Tax CPP/QPP error

[JG_TT problems]

During the review process, an error is detected. The error is "CPP/QPP contributions or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly. Check the amounts entered on your T4; particularly boxes 10, 14, 16, 16A, 17, 17A, 26, and 28".

I have checked the amounts entered and they are correct. I have also deleted the T4's and re-entered the amounts and I continue to receive the error.

What is causing the error? Is there a solution which will resolve the error?

Please review your T4 slip:

If box 10 indicates Quebec as the province of employment: Verify that boxes 16 and 16A are empty.

If box 10 indicates a province other than Quebec: Verify that boxes 17 and 17A are empty.
